This offer allows for the booking of a one week vacation condo through the online means provided by the operator of this site, SSS, and subject to the terms and conditions Discount Weekly Rentals as set forth below.
On April 1st, 2008 SSS will draw one name from those submitted and email a notice to that person. The recipient has 72 hours in which to respond to the email. Failure to respond within the allotted time frame will disqualify that person from the drawing. In this event SSS will continue the selection process by repeating the above procedure until a winner has been determined by the receipt of an acknowledgement from the person notified within the allowed 72 hour window.

Immediately upon notification, the winner will be provided with a one year subscription to IntelliTrav.com. This site will provide access to the inventory of discount condo rental weeks available for the fulfillment of this offer. Winner will be notified of the inventory available and that may be used under this offer at the time the subscription is delivered. Currently that inventory is represented on the Neptune engine which is the same as the booking engine featured on the SSS website.

1. Recipient may book any unit available with no restriction as to size, season or location.
2. Depending on the unit selected the approximate retail value of this offer can be as high as $2000. The retail value is typically much higher than the discount price shown on the booking engine.
3. This offer is for lodging only and does not include transportation, incidentals or insurance.
4. The recipient must book the vacation condo week using the online service provided.
5. All travel must be completed by March 31, 2009.

Upon completion of the travel winner will submit an original of their confirmation document showing the actual amount spent for the booking through the online engine. Only the actual amount of the booking, as charged online via the specified engine, will be allowed.

The winner must submit the documents so as to be received no later than May 31, 2009. The allowed amount will be reimbursed to the winner within 21 days of receipt of the documents.

By placing a booking using the Discount Weekly Rentals service found on IntelliTrav.com you are entering into an agreement with Suite Dreams Vacation Properties, Inc. and the owners and operators of the IntelliTrav web site. By placing the booking you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the use of this service.

Although SDVP does its utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this Web site is accurate, SDVP cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can SDVP or this Web site be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

Privacy

SDVP uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

Credit card guarantee

SDVP require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to SDVP. When you make a reservation you will automatically enter into an agreement with SDVP. and you are responsible for payment. Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe.

No Additional Fees

Unlike many other businesses, SDVP will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the price of accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that there are no cancellations or refunds. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment, and is provided through Suite Dreams Vacation Properties by CSA Travel Insurance.

Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall SDVP or the owners or operators of this Web site be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, as a result of using our services. The copyright of the Discount Weekly Rentals material contained in this website belongs to SDVP unless otherwise stated. Downloading information from SDVP Web site is permitted for personal use only.

Privacy Policy

The information we request when making your reservation is requested in order to offer you a professional service. Under no circumstances will we distribute it to others, except in the unlikely event that the law obliges disclosure. Your contact data is used to make your reservation. Your name must be given to the resort in order to identify you upon arrival and to contact you in case of changes in the reservation.

Credit Card information

Your credit card information is used for the purpose of confirming your accommodations only. Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Verisign. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you agree to allow SDVP, the owners or operators of this Website or any assignee they chose, to interact with any merchant account or service provider or, attorney, legal representative or other party that you may involve in said dispute.

Jurisdiction

IntelliTrav, LLC is a Nevada based limited liability company with it corporate offices located in Reno, Nevada.

The parties consent, agree and stipulate that (i) this Agreement   shall be deemed fully executed and performed in the State of Nevada and shall be governed in all respects by, and construed in accordance with the laws thereof without giving special effect to the principals of conflict of laws; (ii) In the event of a dispute arising between the parties resulting from this Agreement the parties agree to submit that dispute to mandatory binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada for final determination pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA").
